Crescent Meats (Cadott, Wis.) and Upper Iowa Beef (Lime Springs, Iowa) are among 21 businesses nationwide that have received USDA Meat and Poultry Processing Expansion Grants.  

Crescent Meats, served by Chippewa Valley Electric Cooperative (Cornell, Wis.) was awarded $1.6 million to expand the company's processing facilities, docks and freezers and to increase its retail space.  Click here to learn more about Crescent Meats' expansion.
